Recommendation Hub overview in Google Cloud — Selected work: an operational overview that makes high-volume recommendations easier to scan, prioritize, and act on.

The challenge

Cloud administrators need to turn a flood of recommendations into confident action.

Recommendations span products, teams, and levels of urgency. The experience needed to support fast scanning and prioritization without obscuring the context an operator needs before acting.

What I designed

A clearer hierarchy for evaluating high-volume recommendations
Patterns for filtering, comparing, and taking action across services
Workflows that preserved the context behind an operational recommendation

Design principle

Let operators move from signal to action without losing the why.

My contribution

I led design for the redesign, partnering with product and engineering to translate operational complexity into a system that works at enterprise scale.
