The challenge

AI capabilities are only useful when teams can understand how to get started and stay in control.

Customers encounter eligibility, access, product configuration, and ongoing administration at different moments. The experience needed to turn those fragmented decisions into a coherent path from intent to use.

What I designed

Self-service enablement and purchase surfaces for Gemini
Clearer entry points for discovering relevant AI capabilities
Administrative workflows that made access and ongoing management legible
